TED5000 No Data to Footprints
«

TED5000 quit communicating a few days ago and working great for 16 days - no data getting to Footprints nor Google Power Meter.
I restarted TED5000 - no changes.
I restarted my router.
I unplugged the gateway and ensured the cat5 cable is connected.
I verified the MTU has a flashing green light.
What am I missing? Is there any other troubleshooting documentation outside of this forum?
Thanks

I found my own answer regarding troubleshooting. I called and got an RMA issued - looks like the gateway is cooked because that's what I'm returning.
